Spartan RZ Series Zero-Turn Lawn Mowers

The Spartan RZ Series performs like a commercial grade mower with a residential price. The RZ now offers four options with a 42″ – 61″ deck size range: The RZ-C, RZ-Pro, RZ and RZ-HD.

The RZ-C is available in a 42″ and 54″ deck size, with a welded-tube frame, the RZ-C has the same durability as bigger zero-turn mowers, but with a lower starting price. Its 4-inch deep deck allows it to maneuver easily in tight spaces. Available with three engine options for varying horsepower.

The RZ, with 22″ Carlisle Turf Armor Bias Ply Tires and Tuff Torq 400 Transmission, is an absolute beast of a machine for residential use (and it looks great too!).

Spartan’s RZ-Pro uses a new Tuff Torq 450 transmission with steel gears, a 10cc pump, charge pump, and serviceable filter. The high-end 22″ Carlisle Turf Armor bias ply tires improve traction both on level ground and inclines, and this unit comes standard with the Broad Beam LED Light.

Enhanced XTF Deck System: Xtreme Turf Flow (XTF) decks have been redesigned and enhanced to meet the spring, summer, and fall mowing conditions everywhere. This enhanced deck system comes standard on ALL models 42″-72″.
Vibration Controlled Deck: Vibration controlled deck system with a one-piece idler pulley and shock absorber takes away belt whip and reduces vibration. The ‘soft start electronic control’ pulses electricity to the electric clutch at engagement to increase your clutch and belt life.
Anti-Slip Mat: All models are equipped with a rubber anti-slip foot mat. These mats help reduce vibration from the transmission to the operator’s foot.
